Eric Liu is the founder of the Guiding Lights Network, dedicated to mindful and imaginative mentorship. His previous books include Guiding Lights: How to Mentor and Find Life’s Purpose, The Accidental Asian: Notes of a Native Speakerand the national bestseller The True Patriot. Liu is a former White House speechwriter and senior advisor to President Bill Clinton, and is now an educator ad entrepreneur living in Seattle.

The Good Life: books for better living events are interactive evenings of conversation with authors on tools for creating “the good life.” These events will take place at either Tom Douglas’ Palace Ballroom or the Hotel Andra Ballroom, where we will gather together to enjoy appetizers and beverages and an onstage interview of the author by Warren Etheredge of The Warren Report.
