rutger-hauer-blade-runnerI ain’t ‘fraid of no ghost? Says who? I’ll admit it. I believe in spooks. I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. I’ve been visited by the unruly spirits that stay free at the Mark Spencer Hotel. I’ve witnessed peculiar phenomena on the premises of an abandoned farmhouse where the owner had committed suicide years earlier. I’ve seen attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. Time to die? Nah, not yet, but it sure does make me reconsider whether spirits, like moments, are ever lost like tears in rain. Is it troubling? Yes, when those souls seem intent on making my sleep miserable. (Why couldn’t there be sexy ghosts that want to play Spin The Bottle rather than drive me, er, Batty?)

haunting_in_connecticutHow about you? Have you ever encountered a ghost? Have you ever communicated with the dead? Have you ever freaked yourself out toying with a Ouija board? THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT stars Virginia Madson, Kyle Gallner, Amanda Crew, Martin Donovan and Elias Koteas.

Based on a chilling true story, THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT charts one family’s terrifying, real-life encounter with the dark forces of the supernatural. When the Campbell family moves to upstate Connecticut, they soon learn that their charming Victorian home has a disturbing history: not only was the house a transformed funeral parlor where inconceivable acts occurred, but the owner’s clairvoyant son Jonah served as a demonic messenger, providing a gateway for spiritual entities to crossover.

Now, unspeakable terror awaits when Jonah, the boy who communicated with the dead, returns to unleash a new kind of horror on the innocent and unsuspecting family.

The Warren Report will present a special preview screening of THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009. Click here to request a seat.
